Hi Diesel,

I've had a few players e-mail with this problem but unfortunately I've not been able to generate it on any of the seven computers that I've tested the game on. These computers include Windows XP, Vista and 7 (on 32-bit and 64-bit systems).

Can you try changing the window size and see if this has any affecting on the raise cue feature. I presume the angle of the cue 'text' is changing, but the 3D view isn't? What I can do is try sending you a few test versions, with the rendering of the mini cam altered to see if I can localise the problem.

That did solve it ..
thanks ..

one more thing ..

on both pool and snooker once i start running either game a message appears that says: The color scheme has been changed (The following program has performed an action that requires Windows to temporarily change the color scheme to Windows Vista Basic.)

i can use my PC normally but it almost feels like it lags a touch and it doesn't run as smooth as when pool or snooker aren't running .. is this normal and will it affect my PC in the long run?

Unfortunately, in certain situations the Vista Windows Aero graphics reverts to Windows Vista Basic, consequently, you lose the translucent 'Aero Glass' effect and also Flip 3D does not work, which messes up alot of programs:get windows 7 m8 if u can aford it

This flip effect is actually intentionally and something I could remove. The only reason why we do it is to speed up the game, as Windows Vista doesn't run that well with all the effects in place. Perhaps I'll try optimizing the game speed in the new update and avoid changing any modes.
